Crystal Beetle Team Formation and Guide AFK Journey

Crystal Beetle is a Primal Lord in AFK Journey that every player on the server can attack. The whole server will work together to destroy Crystal Beetle. Once defeated, all players will get rewards based on how fast it was destroyed. Rewards are diamonds and invite letters. Each day, players can attack Crystal Beetle three times, and based on the amount of damage they have done, they will get rewards.

Rewards are essences, experience, equipment, and gold. There is also a damage ranking for Crystal Beetle where top players will get additional rewards like Twilight essences, which are extremely hard to obtain. That is why it is important to know the right team composition for fighting against Crystal Beetle in AFK Journey. 

Crystal Beetle has the capability to:

• Flies into the air and hurls magic projectiles at all enemies
• Periodically gains a significant boost in dodging normal attacks.
• Summons a spike that extend forward, knocking enemies with low HP into the air and stunning them.
• Creates a magic domain on the battlefield to enhance the magic damage of allies and enemies within its reach.

Best Team Formation for Crystal Beetle

If you do not have heroes for hero formation that we recommend, then check out the AFK Journey tier list and pick any hero that is rated tier S. The most important thing is that if you are a new player, you should use heroes that you have at the highest ascension level. They will deal more damage than the best heroes in the game who are not ascended.

The team against Crystal Beetle must have at least one tank with high survivability and one or two healers who will keep your team alive. For DPS heroes, use range heroes that are able to deal as much damage as possible. If they die too fast, then replace them with DPS heroes that have some survivability. 

Use a Quickblade artifact to deal the maximum amount of damage. If you are having trouble surviving a fight, use the Evocation artifact or Lightheal artifact.

Crystal Beetle Skills

Ultimate

Flies into the sky, becoming Invincible while hurling a magic at each enemy, dealing 80% damage to the target and adjacent targets

Skill 1

Casts a spell that enhances the scales on the wings and back at 10/30/50/70s into a battle, increasing Dodge by 100 for 15s.

Skill 2

Summons 3-tile-wide spike that extends forward, dealing 60% damage to enemies hit. If enemies lose HP from this damage, they will also knocked into the air and stunned for 2s.

Skill 3

Spreads an enchanted mist across the battlefield, fueling the magic obsession of those within. Increases the Haste of allies and enemies within the mist by 60 and their magic damage by 100. Allies and enemies also recover 50 Energy per while in the mist.
